About Operaitions

Operaitions designs controlled workflows for founder-led service businesses. The focus is practical: make important work visible, assign ownership, preserve evidence, and handle exceptions without pretending they did not happen.
Founder
Mohammed Sher Khan
Mohammed spent three years as a self-employed software engineer building systems where reliability was the work, not an optional extra. Integrations needed failure paths, changes needed evidence, and production behaviour needed to be understandable.
Operaitions applies the same discipline to business workflows. That means starting with the real source of truth, defining state and ownership, controlling external actions, and making recovery possible when the normal path breaks.
The work is founder-led and UK-based. Current product development is centred on Lead Follow-Up Control.
